One issue to look at is how cars are checked in. When I pulled in I went to the left lane. There were a few cars in front of me. As I sat there, I saw at least 8 cars on the right side get checked in and their car’s driven away. At least 5 of them drove in after I had gotten in line. I was in line about 25 minutes before I was checked in.
