Service was great, but I felt like my juttering issue should've been covered by the Service Bulletin 17-014. The bulletin called for flushing the ATF multiple times, which is exactly what was done to my vehicle. As a result, I was charged $770 for something that should've been covered. Dropped off my truck a day before, they did not work on my truck until I call for an update. They return my truck until 5 PM next day. Took down the wrong information and my truck was just sitting at the dealer. Next day, I get a call from receptionist that they forgot tools inside my truck.
