Matthew was very quick and attentive to the customers. I had been waiting and he came to get me to start the process of helping me get my car serviced started. He had very good customer service.
The service was quick—faster than anticipated.
However, communication left much to be desired. I ended up waiting for two hours after making three phone calls, during which I was told a driver would pick me up as my car was ready and that I’d receive an ETA. That never happened. Instead, at the end (kindly) I was eventually sent an Uber, and nearly four hours after dropping my car off at the dealer, I finally returned home with it.
Four hours for a routine B1 maintenance is far too long.
Additionally, when I arrived, the Honda shuttle was there empty in the parking lot, and later I received a call from the driver saying they were at my place.
While I appreciated the courtesy, improving communication with clients would greatly enhance the service.
Oscar is great. He’s very easy to work with and ensures your vehicle is 100%. He’s very punctual and you can see he takes pride in ensuring his customer’s satisfaction
The car service is excellent but the technician moved car seat to "LOW RIDER" position and they always turn my lights switch away from auto
Kenya Adame was very nice. We told her the issues we had with the car and the regular maintenance it needed. We left feeling safe especially with the lightbulbs from the headlights being replace, I’m able to drive safely and at night now. Thank you Kenya and everyone at Freeway Honda.

Service was good. But the up-selling is unprofessional. Telling me the brake fluid was dirty based on your service note and not on observation is sick (somebody else changed it at half the price twice months ago. ). I will have the other ‘recommendation’ validated

Matthew was very easy to talk to. He is a very courteous person. He explained what my car needed done. I asked him also what was going on with the recall on the car. He told me what I wanted to know. I will continue to go out of my way to have my car serviced at this location. One of my other Honda’s was being serviced at Santa Margarita Honda at the end the service writer was so rude. I found an independent car repair and went there for years. So I know there are alternatives. So great service so far.

My car was done and ready to be picked up at 9am I wasn’t picked up until 1pm took forever to get back I had things to do and it just wasted my time waiting for a shuttle
