Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and to repair peeled paint on the driver side mirror. I bought my vehicle June 2024. It is a certified preowned vehicle. Jaime the service manager said it was not covered by the warranty. Service department manager Jaime proceeded to refer me to call the 1800 number for the American Honda automobile, customer service department. They said they couldn't find any information on my vehicle because it has a foreign VIN number. I've been trying to get the side mirror repaired since August. In that time I've spoken to three service advisors and this has not been resolved.

They did my oil change and took care of my fuel pump recall. One thing that I’m concerned about is the inside of my smells like gasoline when I’m driving and it makes a weird noise when I step on my break. The car just doesn’t drive the same as it did before.

My only complaint was that when I made the appt, the service advisor I scheduled my appt with with said if I booked for 7am, the appt would take an hour/ 1 hr 15 min (based on the car’s service code); if we were waiting for the vehicle. My husband was there for 2 hrs before he found out additional services needed to be done with my vehicle, and spent a total of over 4 hrs waiting. Your service advisors shouldn’t tell you an hour-75 min if it’s going to take 2 hrs just to do what you schedule for.
