I left the car and I told him I need oil change and the car sometime it’s not starting right to check and call me. He never called. I call him. He never answer. He sent me by text bunch of recommendation. Nothing about my concern. I went back before closing time and asked him what happened and he said the car is ready, but he had no answer about my concern. He said first I need to change the battery before anything else which I just changed like a couple months ago. So I’m gonna have to go to the mechanic and find out what’s going on.

I’m satisfied with the service done to my car, especially the left rear view mirror and leaking oil problem. Two years ago I told somebody about the mirror and said he can’t find a replacement. Thanks to Erick Zermeno it was replaced with a new one. Truly appreciate it.

His attentiveness and level of care make me feel at ease knowing I’ll get the best service possible whenever my vehicle is in his hands. I unexpectedly needed a new part that the location did not have on hand and he was so quick to have it ordered and shipped to Freeway Honda next day to ensure my vehicle was repaired in a timely manner.
