Sam Tung is excellent at his job. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. In fact, I'm planning on asking for him in the future. Other service advisors have been very good, but Sam is next level.

The small coolant tank in my car is low. I mentioned it to service advisor and he said the technician will top off all the fluids but he didn't. I will have to buy a Honda coolant and do it myself at home.
