Ram was very professional and made sure I was in and out in a timely manner. He clarified and answered all the questions that I had. He had made sure that my car was taken care of as it was my first oil change with this new car. I will definitely be asking for him every time I come! He initially helped me and offered to waive the diagnostic fee, then left and assigned me another representative who helped me with a small discount.
Besides, the problem recurred in less than a month and now it cost over $2,000.
I can't afford $3000 in less than a month.
Im not going back with you guys.
