Ms. Valerie Machado was excellent; however, when I scheduled the appointment by phone, I mentioned that I needed someone to check the charger door. She kindly explained that my appointment was only for rotation and not diagnosis, and that on Saturday it would take another three hours. She recommended that I make a different appointment, which I agreed to.

It took nearly 30 minutes to talk to an advisor, Samuel Tung. Once Samuel was on task he had the car taken to the car repair shop to have the Due Bill handled. Then after another15 minutes, he advised that the specialist for the ding/ dent removal process was not available and I needed to make a new appointment.

I’m very happy n grateful to all the people of service department of Norm Reeves Honda. They are all very respectful n kind n most specially very helpful to me as I’m having a hard time to walk, they all offered me a helping hand. I’m most specially grateful to Joseph Huynh whom I have always trusted n always follow all his good advice to my car for sooo many years. It is very important to have someone whom you can trust n lean on to and with Joseph Huynh i know my car is in good hand.
