Martin was very helpful very informative and very pleasant to deal with.
I have to admit that Valerie Machado had given me the best customer service that I ever received from a dealership service department.
She was very courteous, respectful and very much interested in helping me to servive my car. She also did inform me, verbally and in my paperwork, regarding the different areas of service that my car need. She's a very attentive person.
I will ask for her next time that I take my car for service.

Ms. Valerie Machado was excellent; however, when I scheduled the appointment by phone, I mentioned that I needed someone to check the charger door. She kindly explained that my appointment was only for rotation and not diagnosis, and that on Saturday it would take another three hours. She recommended that I make a different appointment, which I agreed to.
Thank you to the crew for taking care of my car this weekend! Very quick . Género Pérez checked me out so quick and was very kind.

It took nearly 30 minutes to talk to an advisor, Samuel Tung. Once Samuel was on task he had the car taken to the car repair shop to have the Due Bill handled. Then after another15 minutes, he advised that the specialist for the ding/ dent removal process was not available and I needed to make a new appointment.
