Thank you Blong for quick response in taking care of the issue of the tire being wrongly mounted with air leaking and talking to mechanic staff to do a quality job not to rush work where mistakes are made, and to talk to staff to gain trust and confidence from customers how they do their job and for them to do quality work for customers and show they care for customers and their vehicles. Despite there being plenty of employees present, few seemed engaged or interested in assisting. This, combined with the excessive wait times, made it clear that my time and business were not valued. As a customer, I expected a more attentive and service-oriented experience.

I blame myself. I brought the car in to have a trailer hitch installed. The hitch was installed as expected, and very quickly. The problem is only a hitch was installed. I was expecting a hitch and wiring. It’s totally my fault for not asking the right questions when making the appointment..

The service was just fine. I have to admit though that the cost of replacing and programming a key fob was really outrageous; nearly $400.
