When I booked the appt I asked to have both an oil change and the follow up application for the services purchased with the vehicle (ie Diamond Shield) when I arrived I learned this wasn’t scheduled. Now I have to find another time to come back.

Brought my vehicle in last December, has been frequently not starting due to an emissions issue . Was told by Lucas Smith that the only fix for the vehicle needed a part that wasn’t available. When the part was finally available I brought the vehicle in for repair, 6 hours into the day was called and told I needed an additional part (another $160) in order for the vehicle to start consistently. the next day the emissions light was back on and the vehicle has had issues starting again. I am confused and disappointed.

Was not acknowledged in the service area for a good 10 minutes when I arrived to check in despite at least 4 people sitting at their check in desks. Service was done sooner than expected but they didn’t bother to let me know even though they knew I was waiting there. I walked up to the desk to ask and they said it was done for a while. I then got a sales call the next day asking if I wanted to do a trade in or if I was happy with my vehicle. ????

Every visit to Rapids Honda Service Center has disappointing customer service. Staff make no effort to welcome customers, employees are happy with each other’s company and dealing with customers is an interruption.
