When i walked in to pick up my vehicle there were 3 employees talking like they were not talking about business. Not greeting me. I feel like an employee should acknowledge a customer upon entering the service area immediately even if they can't help you right away. I felt unimportant.

I came in on Friday to address the recall on my 2020 Honda pilot. Chad went above and beyond to answer all my questions. I needed a rental car for the day and he was helpful as well on that. I would highly recommend anyone to Coon Rapids Honda
