Chad was friendly and did fine and deserves full credit for having good communication skills The people I would really like to think are your mechanics who did the requested work quickly and professionally So don’t forget them either because Chad faces the customer but the mechanics deal with the cars and that’s what counts

I said nothing to be done to the hood of my car, but you guys stuck a spare plastic on the hood. I want you to take the spare off the hood or I will file a complaint.
