My check engine light is still on. I have had it assessed on my last 2 oil changes and they “fix” or state everything is fine. I can’t imagine driving around for months with an emissions or engine issue can be good for a brand new vehicle. Please contact me for further diagnostic plan.

I got an appointment at 7:00 am thinking I would be the first one to work on my car. The recall fuel pump said it would take 1:40 , oil change :45 minutes my car was done at 11:00 , my problem was my 7:00 appointment which turned out to be 8:15 before my car went into the shop, do you think if I had a doctor appointment at 7:00 and showed up at 8:15 they would let me see the doctor? Very disappointment with your schedule system

I lease my car. I got my car 19 months ago from Jorge…whenever I’m here, I make a point of seeing him…he’s a great guy. Everyone I’ve met have been kind and helpful. Rapids is the 3rd Honda dealership I’ve worked with and definitely the best! My 2024 is my fifth Honda, fourth CR-V…I will always have a Honda
