I was extremely pleased that Matthew asked me if he could also do my recall on my truck! You see when I called to schedule my oil/filter change and recall I ended up with not being able to schedule both of them at the same time. In fact, the recall appointment that was scheduled was seven weeks after my oil/filter appointment. Matthew provided great customer service!

Shawn was absolutely amazing! Great attitude and smile. I will do business with him again. Also, thank you Rapids Honda for working on salvage title vehicles. Brookdale can **** a weenie❤️ I was very disappointed when I went for my appointment and they said they couldn’t fix my vehicle.

Not exactly the quickest at responded to a question I had through text, message or returning a phone call. But eventually got a response about if something was serviced on my car. Had to ask an employee I know that works there if something was done before I got a response.
