Fan motor made some clunking noise when I left the dealership. I pulled over and turned it on and off and it stopped. The fan pushes air with greater force with mouse nest removal. I drove 30 miles without more noise. I am satisfied.

It’s still sitting in your garage. Last Friday it was there from 10am- 5pm It was diagnosed earlier in the day but I got no call. Only after 1 called 2 times to Matt and 1 time to the supervisor. Left messages with both. I continued to call and finally told they had to order part. I brought back my vehicle today at 2pm and told it would be 2.5-3 hours. 15 min later I was called and told only had 1 technician on so it will be ready tomorrow afternoon. This has been a very frustrating experience.
