I had an issue with my Honda that every other service rep said that’s just the way they are and it can’t be changed. When I told my issue to Matt he listen, came to my car and realized what I wanted done wasn’t in the vehicle settings as I had said then got a technician and explained to him my issue with the car. The technician took my car and was back in 15 minutes with my issue solved. Matt cared and wanted to help and got the correct man to solve my problem. Matt truly cared and took the time to listen I can’t say enougn positive things about Matt’s attitude when it comes to customer service. All my future contacts with your service department will always start with Matt.

Matthew was awesome to work with. He was very knowledgeable, extremely friendly and had a great sense of humor. I asked him a question about how to reprogram my fob to unlock all 4 car doors at once when I unlocked my car and he said “let’s go over to your car and I’ll show you”. Talk about going above and beyond. Matthew provided amazing customer service.

My message wasn’t received and I ended up needing to leave my vehicle for longer than planned. It was so inconvenient especially with kids. I was very annoyed.
