Matthew was top notch! Kept me informed throughout my extended service visit; was very friendly and helpful; and explained everything in a very forthright manner which I appreciated. What started out as a simple oil change appt turned into add’l costly but necessary repairs. I don’t know that I could have made the decisions that I did without Matthew’s help! Thank you!

First time coming to get service on my vehicle 7/9/25 and it was horrible. Customer Service was very unprofessional. Not one said “I will be with you one moment”, “Just wait one second “, nothing ! And as far as my car is concerned I didn’t see anything was done to it but a quick outside wash with dirt still left on…a 3-4 hour job they say turn into 1 hour if that. I will never come back, especially being my first time experience. NO.

Matt was absolutely fabulous. He had recommended additional service previous visit. I wasn’t sure it could be done as this appointment was over holiday weekend and called in advance to check. Matt knew of my concern and had everything ready when I arrived. Couldn’t have been more pleased with Matt’s preparedness and for looking out for me!
