Michael did a fantastic job in making sure my car was up to date. He was not only pleasant to work with, he always had a smile on his face! Excellent customer service skills! Before my oil change I brought my car in to make sure my oil level was where it needed to be. He even went out of his way to show me how to check it myself if I were ever in a pinch. Michael was great to have as my technician!

I was quoted two hours for the work done on my car and it took over 3 hours. During that time no one checked in with me, relying on me to just see my email/text and approve the work needing to be done. When time exceeded what so was quoted and I’d expressed I was not late for another appointment there was no sense of urgency. It took an additional half hour after my car was pulled out of the shop just to get the paperwork to check me out.
