Michael was welcoming and thoroughly explained the maintenance process. My questions about recommended service from the multipoint inspection were answered promptly. Communications kept me apprised off the status of my vehicle, Work was completed an hour earlier than expected. Thanks for another great Rapids Honda experience!

I don't believe they did my diamond fusion and auto butler. It took them 10 minutes to wash my car by hand ( the wash was down). In the past they have always told me that it takes hours to do it right. I think my service rep was trying to get rid of me.

Shawn my service advisor said I couldn't use a credit card for service. Shawn said it would be an extra 3% if I used a credit card for a $7700 charge. I have used credit cards for service before and this is different? Why?

The keys were not left with the cashier so we had to dig around for them. I got a false closure text, so I was on my way to pick up the vehicle when I learned it was not finished. The original estimate was $325, I ended up paying $1880. Overall, not a particularly pleasant experience.

Drew is upright and outstanding advisor. He is beyond helpful and thorough in speech. However, I would like to point out that the advisor who sits to the left of Matthew, language is inappropriate. I can’t remember the cuss word he used when I initially brought my vehicle in to be checked in by Matt, however, regardless of his frustration there was no justifiable reason for him to use the kind of language in your service department. Whether you are an employee or customer that language is madd inappropriate, and no one deserves to have to that, especially if my children were with me. I’m not sure if this kind of behavior is written in the employee handbook but it should revisited, and people need to be held accountable by it. One way to keep customers like me away is to be dishonest and use foul language.
