My biggest recommendation is to get rid of the text status updates and talk to your customers about decision making activities. I was with Walser Nissan for many years. Once i bought a Honda, i thought id try Rapids Honda. Walser would send video updates during my service so i could see what is happening and TALK with me each time about the status of everything. Not leaving me high and dry via a text to decide what to do.

I so appreciated Mikey’s, as he said to call him, time he took to explain things, answer my questions, without feeling rushed or insignificant. He said I could call anytime with questions,concerns and just ask for Mikey! I always worry of being taken advantage of as a female and senior citizen when it comes to cars etc, but Mickey and Rapids Honda have helped to minimize that concern.

Mikey Estrada was amazingly gracious & caring! I dropped in with no appt because a check engine light had come on in my Honda. Mikey set up an appt for next week, but then offered immediate service if I had time that day. The check engine light was for a transmission oil change. Since I was close to needing an oil change as well, I had both done, plus new wipers & tire rotation too. Mikey brought me personal updates as to the progress being made throughout the whole process. I was extremely pleased with Mikey & highly recommend his professionalism as well as his cordial attitude!

All good with him. I do have a concern once I arrived home and could see as I was driving, the “Diamond Fusion / Auto Butler” on the wind shield did NOT work. There are tons of smears & marks so I assume did NOT get done. Please call me ****-****-xxxx. John Z

I would appreciate if someone came and told me when the car was finish. I saw my car parked for a good 30 minutes or more outside but wasn’t sure if work on it was finished. There was a customer that I knew came in after me and I saw that someone physically came and told him work on his car is done he can go. Yes, I understand that that customer might have gotten a different service done on the car but that is not the point. The service people were not that busy just sitting at their desk so please don’t tell me that they were super busy so that’s why they couldn’t physically come in to tell me car was done ready to go when they clearly saw me go sit in the dealership knowing that I was waiting and not dropping off. I also kept checking my phone to see if I would get a text through the check-in about work and also did not get notification of it being done till I physically had to ask someone. Please do better on this.
