When I came to pickup my vehicle Drew helped me he was great… I will request him with my next visit Drew retrieved my vehicle due to it raining outside He asked a salesperson to move the vehicle in front that she was showing… instead of moving it out of my way she asked if I needed help to maneuver around a couple of cars… I said I thought she was going to move it to the open lane.. she asked if I would like you to and I said yes… she had no common courtesy… when I am already a customer

I was extremely disappointed with Mikey - -apparently telling g someone that there is a 3% surcharge on credits cards is not something that should be discussed prior to starting work on someone’s vehicle. At no point was this discussed at drop off or when I called Mikey to give him permission to fix two identified issues. Seems pretty sketchy to me. Customers deserve the right to say no to these kinds of charges
