Why do you always tell me apologetically that it’s going to take a longer time than usual. You always tell me it’s because you’re so busy. Don’t I make an appointment to avoid this? Why would you take additional customers that affects those who were prepared enough to make an appointment?

I told the person I spoke with about the screen/display issue with my vehicle in detail. I also told the man when I dropped it off in detail. It was clear upon picking up my vehicle the details were never passed on. I left work 2 hours early without pay to get my vehicle back without it being fixed, which is umder warranty. I am very irritated and disappointed.
