Stuff out of van was stolen plus amount given was different thus had the wrong amount on check and had to pay 3% convenience fee. So horrible experience.

I was told it was covered under warranty and then it was not. I decided to run diagnostics since you would not use the codes I pulled and he did not tell me the codes your mechanic pulled. It is the second bad experience I have at a Honda dealer ship.

Matthew has been my service representative multiple times and he is the literal best! He is friendly and attentive. He listens to your needs and makes sure your car is fixed properly the first time around. He is the only service representative I will go to because of how great he is.

Valvoline Instant Oil change did not tighten the air filter It took them 3 days to get to Rapids Honda to do an investigation in order to take accountability for this with little to no communication from them. Shawn Richter provided me with an ongoing texting box and his work number which enabled me to easily communicate with him.Since Valvoline wouldn't take any responsibility for decreasing the oil that spilled, Shawn graciously did it at no charge.Thank you Shawn!
