Everything seemed to have gone fine. But I feel like I was told my car was ready 4 hours later than I should have. My dash cam had the car parked at 11am and I wasn’t told until after I asked if it was ready at 3pm. Would have preferred to have had that info right when it was done. I brought up a concern about grease markings on my front doors and they have popped up again after the auto butler. And I can’t say if it happens at the dealership but I have a chip in my rim. I did get my tires rotated. But I would have to assume you would had let me know if my rim got chipped.

Shawn was great, he kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. I very disappointed in the quality of my Honda Passport. This is the second time I had to get the gas tank door mechanism fixed in less than 18 months since I owned my Passport. Poor quality plastic parts. Come on Honda, you are better than that!
