Matthew Wirig did a great job and I was completely satisfied with his performance. However, I think that you can do a much better job of scheduling- especially when the job is as well defined as the Auto Butler service. With an appointment time scheduled the customer shouldn’t have to wait 5 hours to complete the job. It seems like you just fit this job in when you can in between other jobs. When there is a scheduled appointment the customer should be able to expect the work to commence soon after the appointed time.

Matt did a great job. He was polite in addressing my questions and also suggested me to do the oil changes after checking the miles count which saved me another seaparate service visit. Drew was exceptional! I wasn’t happy because I had been standing and waiting for someone to help me. No one else acknowledged my presence, let alone greet me. When he walked up to the desk area I pounced on him, stating that I typically don’t return to an establishment where the staff try harder to ignore incoming customers rather then greet them and let them know they will get to them as soon as they can. Drew handled my complaints with grace and instilled confidence in me which will bring me back when I need service. He has outstanding customer service skills.

Dude was quick and efficient. Made one call to find the tires I wanted and had them on my car in a good turn around time. Had the recall items fixed on my car so I only had to drop my car off once .Pretty funny guy as well. Good attitude.
