Service was a expected as in quality. I was told it was taking a while to do this service but my car was done in under 2 hours which is nice but i also feel you just say that only to look really good if it doesn't take a long

I was told when I booked my appointment for my new car's first oil change and tire rotation, that I would be given time to address some issues I am having without specifically scheduling time for the problem to be addressed. The person who checked me in and out tried to address these things, but there was not enough time in the schedule to get it resolved.

Blong does an outstanding job! I’ve worked with him before, and he’s easily the best service advisor I’ve ever encountered. Friendly, helpful, and not pushy or rude. Didn’t try to rip me off - just helped me get done what was needed.

I never got a call from Drew that my vehicle was ready. I had to call myself 20 minutes before the shop closed. Then they did not have my warranty information on file so I almost had to pay full price. However Matt was awesome and he stayed late and applied my warranty so for that reason I’ll be back for service.
