Matthew was great, however, the multi point inspection missed the fact that my driver side headlight is out. It is frustrating to me that the inspection claims headlights were checked, but they clearly were not.

I came to your dealership in July of this year to buy a Honda Cr-v 2019. The sales rep told me there was nothing below 2022 at the time. I met the branch manager and she told me she was expecting some new stock by end of the week. I finally got one (exactly what I was looking for, 2019 Cr-V XLE) on Facebook marketplace. 67,000 miles. I came back to your dealership twice for servicing and all I got was disappointment/ dishonesty. I brought in my car twice for oil change & Tyre rotation, and on both occasions the tyre rotation wasn’t done yet I was billed for it. (I have the proofs) The 1st time I realized the tyre rotation wasn’t done, I told the representative it wasn’t done. Instead for him to ask me how I realized it wasn’t done, he argued it was done. After I proved to him it wasn’t done. That was when he told me to wait let him call the technician who worked on my car. After speaking with the technician, he told me it wasn’t done because all the tyres were still in good shape and didn’t need a tyre rotation. I asked him why I was billed for Tyre rotation when it wasn’t done. He said I will be reimbursed. I followed him to the cashier and spent another 20 - 30mins for the cashier to redo the billing and reimburse me. The 2nd time I brought the car for oil change, tire rotation, and rear differential fluid change. I told the receptionist to wait with the rear differential fluid change, and do just the oil change & Tyre rotation. I equally asked that they do the multipoint inspection and recommend what needed to be changed. The Tyre rotation still wasn’t done yet I was still billed for it. When I asked him if it was done he said yes. I then told him I was sitting by the glass counter and I watched from the time my car was taken up and brought down by the technician, and I didn’t see him rotating the Tyres. That was when he said “oh, yes the tyres were not rotated because the rear tyres needed to be changed”. I asked him why i was billed for it and he said it was a mistake and he asked his co-worker to adjust the bill. I looked list of things to be addressed, and noticed the technician recommended I change the cabin air filter. I asked the rep if the air filter was checked and he said yes, and that the technician just made a mistake and ticked the red box (recommending I change it). I asked him again that if it was checked, was ok or needed to changed. That was when he called the technician. After talking with the technician he told me the technician said he checked it. I still asked him what the technician said, if it was good or it needed to be changed. He didn’t give me a clear answer. Rather he said he believes me and he could check it for me if I wanted. I told him I was just expecting some honesty from the service. I left but I kept asking myself why I’d leave the smaller garages and bring my car to the big professional dealer like Rapid Honda and get such treatment. I asked myself had it been I didn’t realize, I’d have been paying for services that wasn’t rendered and changing parts in the car that wasn’t checked nor needed to be changed. if this happened with different technicians who worked on my car, does it mean it’s happening to other clients who bring their cars to Rapid Honda? I wanted to leave a negative review online but then I told myself ‘if the company goes down because of bad reviews, the employees will simply find new jobs elsewhere, but the proprietors will lose their capital and the managers will be the ones to be blamed’. So I stayed quiet but then I kept receiving text messages, asking what I think about the service. That’s why I put this here cuz I know only internal management will see it, and not the public. And I hope they’ll use it to make the service better. Thank you Evaris Best wishes

Had no idea there was a limit to the free oil changes until I checked out. Was under the impression it was for the life of the car. Only to find out it was $120. Will definately be the last time I go here for service!
