We were charged for diagnostics without informing us there will be a charge for it, when they asked for 19$ wind wiper they didn’t ask or inform about 159$ one. Really disappointed and we always bring the car for servicing and it never happened before but this time we really disappointed

I received a letter from Honda about an extended warranty due to a misfire issue. The letter stated to make an appointment if there has been problems with it. I made the appointment and when I arrived, the service tech said that if I don't have a check engine light, it's not worth inspecting it. I would've liked to have known that when I made the appointment so I wouldn't have wasted my time. It wasn't him so much as the system you've set up. I believe I was speaking with AI when I set the appointment.
