I took the car in to have the vent and defrost situation repaired. They had to order the part, which took a few days and when I got the car back the problem was not resolved. Little to no air flow out the vents. This is the second time I have brought the car to Rapids Honda to get repaired and the second time I have to take it back to fix what wasn’t resolved

I thought with the auto butler I should have gotten better wash on my car on back tailgate had salt and dirt on it also back window also I thought the inside got cleaned ? I was there for 31/2 hours I just think it could have been done a better specially if you’re putting on a protectant sealant.

The servicing of my vehicle was fine, but the checkout needs improvement. When my car was done, they drove it into the covered entrance area where it sat for 20 minutes. I assumed it was waiting to be washed, but I finally lost patience and interrupted my service rep, who was too busy on the phone the whole time dealing with a warranty issue for a customer, to notice the backup of finished jobs waiting to go out to people like me. He should have gotten a supervisor involved with the warranty call or asked other service reps to handle his backed up paperwork in my opinion. Only after I asked if the car wash was down, did I realize he was wasting my time, and asked that he get my car back to me asap. Only then did he find a way to do that and I was not happy. Hopefully, feedback like this will lead to improving the checkout process. There was no shortage of service reps, just not working together to notice/handle each other’s backup issues that slow down the whole department.

Drew was great and made an exception to make a technician available to program a key on short notice for me. I thought I was going to have to drop the car off but the service department, with Drew's help, got me in right away. I appreciate that very much!

Didn’t reset oil life or tpms after service Your text from tech won’t let you response so you are loosing a lot of money recommend filters but do myself now because by time I got txt from tech another txt came saying care was done.
