The employees don’t know how to communicate to each other or the customer. It’s also BS that a manager can’t help a customer pick up their car if the service person are gone. The service on my car was fine, unfortunately picking up my car was less than stellar. I called the store and left a voicemail asking for a call back and never heard from anyone.

We had an oil leak, I noticed about 24 hours after we picked the car up. Thankfully the engine did not blow up. After we called Honda, the customer service was good. They pick the car up at our house. I think my whole bill should be credited.

Shawn was wonderful. Called me to discuss the check-in and made recommendations which I appreciated. I will definitely come back for future work and maintenance. Thank you. I do wish you had more immediate openings for people though... this is now worse than scheduling a doctors appointment. Where is the urgent care? ;-)
