Lucas Smith was professional throughout our whole process. He made adjustments to my timeframe when I wanted to add new tires and brakes. When the time frame changed he communicated numerous times with updates and a plan moving forward. His work traits reflect very positively on Rapids Honda.

Your service managers have developed a bad habit of ignoring customers. Both when dropping off and picking up i was essentially ignored. I worked at a Honda dealership for years and we would fire people for that behavior. It’s also a stark contrast to the Brooklyn Center location. Do better.

Service department claims they checked a tire for a puncture because it was slowly losing air and said it seemed fine but that tire continued to lose air pressure and instead of driving 30 miles back to your dealership to have them check again, I took it to a Discount Tire near me and they found a nail which they removed and then repaired the puncture for no charge. Disappointed that I had to hassle with that issue.
