Chad has always been very good to me. I tried to get someone to look at my car right after I bought it but finally the used car manager said to see Chad and he would help me. He did and I appreciate it and him very much.

Lube tech was pretty quick. Seemed pretty good at what he was doing. Little surprised you run a manual torque wrench and not torque sticks. Might be a good investment. Either way good job!

This was the best experience I’ve had at the Rapids dealership. Drew was helpful with an issue I had lingering from a previous service rep. Everything was on time and my son was even gifted stickers that he absolutely loved.

When I first arrived, I stood waiting by the door while four people were busy at their desks or appeared to be. One said hello and will be with you in a moment and then I stood there for another minute and a half to two minutes. I was the only customer waiting they all looked at me and after a long awkward time Sean Richter finally looked and asked if I could be helped. Then, I had to call in to see if my car was ready Sean said 3 hours tops. I called 5 hours in and was put on hold and a machine. Left a message. Was called back with he’s been busy, nor what I want to hear waiting for my car since scheduled at 7:30am. This is why I’m skeptical about dealership service depts. Too big and impersonal. Glad I didn't wait at the dealership.
