Double the cost it should have been. I was told it was one issue then it turned to be 2 more issues. Took longer than I thought. Hated the rental car.... just not a good experience at all!!!

It’s hard to get a hold of your team to check the status of my car while there. I leave messages and it’s hard to get callbacks. It would be nice if they had one person that just answered phones in the service department instead of being transferred to your advisor and not being able to get a hold of them and having to leave messages and wait for callbacks that I never get. It had my vehicle be at the shop an extra day longer. And it also doesn’t seem like the technicians work very well with the service advisor s relaying messages about the status of the vehicle or the issues it’s having Unfortunately it had me lose confidence that my proper issue was being addressed

Appointment was for 2:15 for simple oil change. My husband arrived at 2:00. Oil change was not completed until after 4:00. My husband was in waiting room but was not told it was ready. I got a text but was not there, should have been claified with him once they knew he was waiting. 1:45 min is a rediculas amount of time for an oil change, we had an sppointment. Oil does not appear as clean as expected, leaves concerns that it wasn't completely drained or filter wasn't changed.
