I will do what I can to fill out the survey unless I need to logon to a site. If so and cannot fill out the survey — Drew did an excellent job assisting me. Timing was quick and he answered all my questions. I would give him 5 stars! Diane

Michael reviewed the reason for the service appointment and made sure all personal information was correct. Also checked to see that I had stayed on top of any filter or fluid replacement, brakes, tire rotation etc. very thorough and pleasant to work with.

Marlin helped me last time too. Very reasonable, down to earth guy who doesn’t push extra things I don’t need. Got me in and out in an hour with great recommendations and pointers. This guy deserves a big fat raise. Hands down best experience at a dealership with him leading the way.

My only disappointment was that Shawn (or someone) didn’t actually talk to me about results of inspection. There was a little note about brake pads being a bit worn. If that’s the case, I would like to have known if that’s normal for amount of miles on vehicle and if next oil change is soon enough to look at it again.

It seems your coupons are worthless since you raise your prices when you find out I have one. Also, I asked for the price of the services I needed when I made my appointment but when I checked in the cost was around $100 more than was quoted. Not the first time it’s happened either. Next time I will expect a written estimate emailed to me in advance and for that estimate to be honored.

Very poor communication. I was in the waiting room, informed I would be waiting. I closed out my movie to go to the front to see how much longer to see that they sent a TEXT to me 2 hours ago even though he knew I was in the waiting area waiting. Had I been home I would have been more attentive to my messages but I was onsite and I have always been notified in person, and I saw multiple people around me notified in person. Great customer service is why I bought 3 cars from Rapids, that and Wade, this was NOT great customer service.
