Michael followed up on information that I provided, kept me informed of approximate wait time, and promptly checked me at out at completion of appointment. I had experienced a much different experience one year earlier at this same location but decided to try it again for routine maintenance due to the convenience of its location. This experience was one that the company should be proud of. Michael represented tour company well with professionalism and customer satisfaction as his core responsibility.

Mr. Drew Mechley provided Great Well Mannered Friendly Customer Service during my visit for oil change, tire rotation and filter auto service today at 11:22am on 10/14/2023. I really do appreciate his thoughtfulness explaining what type of service provided and let me understand that my Easy Care wasn’t applied when I came in March, 2023. He did wrote a notification reminder toward my next auto service coming up on 02/14/2024.

I had an appointment on Friday, October 13th for an oil/filter change and tire rotation. Drew has always been helpful each time I need work done on my vehicle. The service department was busy, busy on thatch day. Regardless, their staff is always patient and service with a smile. I never feel rushed and all my questions are answered. The mechanic actually apologized for the lengthy time my appointment had taken. In my opinion, it’s more important that the job be done right versus fast! Thanks Rapids Honda I am throughly happy with the work I had done. I do have one request, it would be great if you offered more coupons for oil/filter and tire rotation. Just a suggestion. Thank you!

Drew Mechley was great. The problem was with how long the service took today AND then it took even longer when I had to pull back in to have air put in my tires like I requested. Drew ended up having to do it himself. Every time I have a service appointment I always end up having to ask the service desk person to get something corrected. Never had a problem when any of the service desk folks that deal with the customers. It's always a problem with the detailers or mechanics not doing something, or doing it poorly.

You marked that it needed an air filter that was just replaced 2 months ago. You marked that it needed a new cabin filter it was replaced just last year and since I am retired I don't drive very much. On the paperwork you marked that it was low a quart of oil I and my husband verified that the oil was full just before we brought it in.so I'm seeing scam written all over
