I was scheduled for an oil change today, they were running a bit behind but I understand sometimes that happens. When the service was completed I was notified that upon management approval I would receive the oil change free of charge due to the inconvenience. The staff I encountered were very friendly and informative, the dealership is well maintained and service performed was up to par. I have exclusively used Rapids for my current vehicle as I value having this kind of experience, every time. I was not disappointed and I will certainly be back. Thank you!

Michael was able to accommodate a pick up deadline by nearly two hours! Obviously a team effort but still greatly appreciated! (I needed the vehicle by 4 and was notified the vehicle was ready by 2!) soo happy!!

Shawn was cordial, enthusiastic, and professional! My appointment was for an oil change and tire rotation, and upon arrival he said he would have me out in an hour, but it was barely 45 minutes! Shawn ROCKS! I will look for him next visit!
