I had an appointment for 1:30 pm for an oil change. My car was not even looked at until 2:41. What is the purpose of requiring appointments if you don't honor the time? It was over an hour of unplanned time of mine that was wasted.

A diagnostic should include a engine scan regardless of the issue at hand, I paid over 130$ for them to tell my my dust shield was bent, when really the breaks and rotors needed to be replaced. Got my car back with messed up breaks still and the check engine light on. I called and complained and they looked at it again, wanted to charge me 1400$ to replace breaks and rotors!???????? and then I asked about the check engine light. And he wanted me to pay another diagnostic fee, you guys are predatory my god ????

Mikey was good to work with. He helped crunch the numbers on my various coupons to get me the best deal possible. However, I have a concern with the way Rapids Honda advertises their coupons. I have received multiple coupons with $10 off advertised, as well as a very misleading set of coupons for $50-$100 off. Of course, the fine print says that these coupons cannot be applied to service, only repair. Why not clearly state that if that’s what it is? It feels as though Rapids Honda is trying to trick me into getting service there. Additionally, these $10 off coupons do not say they cannot be combined with other offers, but cannot be. The only reason I came to Rapids Honda for service was because I believed I had $100 worth of coupons and discounts, then discovered it was all chintzy marketing tactics. I won’t be returning to Rapids Honda for service again for this reason.
