I’ve left two message - one with service rep and one for the service manager. Neither have been returned. I was handed my oil change paperwork and sent on my way. When reviewing later at home, I noticed a page about a potential repair. I’d like more info - was the part replaced, do I need to schedule another appt?? The courtesy of a return phone call would be nice. I didn’t want to have to reply to a survey, but I’m not sure how else to get a reply. Thank you.

I was asked to replace the rear differential fluid and did not know why it needed to be replaced. If it could have been explained to me instead of a yes/no answer then I would have had a good experience.

Went in for just an oil change. Booked an appointment 2 weeks out for 3:15. Arrive at 3:10 and get told it will be an hour for a simple oil change. They did not finish their service until 5! Almost two hours to complete a scheduled in advance simple basic oil change. Absolutely terrible service and will never go back.
