My vehicle was damaged while in your care. I called and left a message with the service manager Shane. It's been two days with no call back. I will not be "trusting" you ever again with my vehicle and will be putting in a formal complaint with Honda.

Every time I come to Rapids Honda I can never get customer service help. Normally when you drive into a service center you are greeted by a customer service representative who will assist you in check in and make sure your questions are answered. Every time I go to Rapids Honda I can hardly get anyone to even look at me to get my vehicle checked in or checked out. Both times I dropped off and picked up my vehicle I had to wait at the service desk for a representative and finally I had to ask if anyone was available to help me. I am very upset that this happens time and time again. I would go to another Honda dealership but unfortunately I bought my car here and pre-bought services need to be done at Rapids.

I guess I was disappointed in a few things. I was told the service would take 3 1/2 to 4 hours (I had to wait in tbe lobby, my husband was home sick) and service took 5 hours. Secondly, when I entered the car one of the protective pads on the counsel was missing. I found it on the floor. Finally, all the settings were changed on my car. This may have been due to the recall fix but let me know so I don’t have to do it on the fly. Some of the recommended work was a year over due, I have had oil changes this year and those services were not mentioned in previous visits. On a positive note, the people were friendly.
