Drew was awesome and informative on what was going on with my car. Even though my car was only there for two days, Drew called me in the morning and evening with updates on my car. Asked for the $15.99 interior service, was not completed. For the last couple of times we’ve brought our vehicle in for the bi-annual auto butler there seems to be a hiccup in the setup process where something is missed, either the Diamond Fusion, leather treatment, or $15.99 upgrade.

Communication could have been better. I dropped my car off instead of waiting inside. When I was called to be told what needed to be done, I asked to have a few minutes to think about what decision I would like to make and that I would call back. When I called back, I was unable to reach anyone after being transferred to multiple lines, and then I never received a call back after they didn’t hear from me. I resorted to texting back that I’d like both of my tires done. Shortly after that I received a phone call stating that my car was done, and when I asked if both had been done he said no we just went ahead and did the one. If you had tried to connect back with me or had looked at my message this could have been avoided. Just frustrating that i wasn’t able to communicate.
