I had my tires rotated and within five minutes of leaving the dealership the tire pressures low warning displayed. The paperwork stated the tires were inflated to 35 PSI. When I stopped on my way home the tires were at 27 PSI. I inflated them to 35 but the tire pressures low warning is still on.

It was recommended that I spent ~$400 to replace the cabin air filter and engine filter. I asked how frequently they should be replaced and was told every $20k miles. I just bought the the car from you in July of this year and was told those services were done then before it was purchased. Now I’m questioning if that was done or if I’m being asked to do services that really aren’t necessary. I’m super disappointed with this dealership. I don’t trust the service department if I’m being recommended to do work that isn’t necessary. They looked up the records and it notes the filters were replaced in July 2023, less than 3000 miles ago.

Ty in sales was phenomenal however once the sale was complete we waited for the service department to call to set up a time for the rust proofing to be done. We went in twice to get the car washed and inquired but nothing. Finally, the third time we had the car washed we inquire again and the manager still didn't have us on his radar to call. He did manage to get us booked in finally and completed the rustproofing. When we picked it up the rustproofing continued to leak out the car doors for more than a week. Now we don't know if that is normal or if that wasn't done correctly.
