Drew is amazing, he should be a therapist! His calm manner was just what I needed on a bad day. He clearly knows Honda products and explained what would be done. Drew was quite patient with all my questions too. What a wonderful employee you have in this young man!

I was disappointed that it took about 2 & 1/2 weeks to have my car repaired. But, Lucas was wonderful, the loaner was great. My one recommendation: contact the car owner with updates. The weekends would come & I heard nothing about the status of my car.

My car was never brought through the car wash after my oil change and I was told it would be washed. Also there was some brown stuff stuck near the driver's side of my door that wasn't there when I brought my car in.

I never received a call that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I had to come to the dealership right before close, in which I discovered my vehicle was sitting in the lot ready to be picked up all along. I called the dealership at 3:15 and 4:45 asking for an update on my service and I was told someone would call me back with an update and I never heard back from either call. I was told my service advisor that checked me in left for the day. Additionally, the oil life was not reset on my vehicle after my oil was changed, I did that myself no problem at all. Note that I've used rapids Honda for my service before and definitely will continue to do so, however it was just a bit off today all around. My first negative experience compared to many positive experiences. Keep up the good work!

My keys were sitting on a table when done and no one was notified or told to notify me that my service was completed. I also wasn't told about the free oil changes and had to investigate on my own what the plan meant.
