The problem is computer issue, I informed sensor was already replaced, I was there at dealer to get updating the computer and but I get out without any fix. It’s appointed for Monday and please be advised for computer ipdate

I was disappointed I sat for an hour before the service on my car was even started. Maybe a change in scheduling needed? The service desk representative was very kind.

There wasn’t urgency to find the Runner to bring me home when I first dropped off my car in the morning. I had to walk up to the desk after waiting 20 minutes and ask where my prearranged ride was. ImAlso, on the way back to the dealer the runner was later than expected because, at the request of another advisor, the runner had to drop someone off off in Champlin and that was not communicated to my service advisor. In addition I have requested two recalls be performed and only one was performed and that’s perhaps because there was no parts to do it. I don’t know but it should’ve been communicated why that was done so if you could let me know, that would be great. Thanks certainly the advisor was very personable and otherwise helpful.
