To put it simply, my experience with Rapids Honda Service Department has always been excellent, as it was today with Drew. As busy as he was, he was cordial, checked me in immediately, and my car was ready to roll on less than an hour. Kudos to Drew and the mechanics!

Blong is the best person I’ve EVER worked with when it has come to my car. He was so incredibly helpful and amazing at communication. It was my first time going to Rapids Honda for my car and because of him I won’t go anywhere else.

I had to leave my vehicle there through the weekend because they offer no shuttle or drop off. I had to drop off on my lunch break and couldn't make it back and there was nothing offered so I could pick up my car today. Really frustrating and inconvenient. Also an hour wait for an appointment made weeks ago seems excessive.

My issues - I didn't get a car wash after my car was done. I would have expected that after the maintenance it would automatically be washed . I'm stunned that it wasn't. My number rating is too late to change. Instead 10, it would have dropped to 5, if not lower. Lack of detail is not ok. Your cars are expensive, l would've expected better service. When my lease is up, I will turn it in and take my business elsewhere .I’ll tell anyone I know to not go to yours. This isn’t just about a car wash and any routine maintenance, it’s about overall poor customer service. I left a message Shawn this morning , but he hasn’t called me back. Not a shock for me.
