Wow. Good job Bling and Kenny and Julie. My best experience yet with service (oil and tire rotation, Auto Butler). Julie called me back to confirm my rental vehicle and confirm my service. Kenny helped arrange a rental with my schedule. Bling kept me informed every step of the process. Communication has improved so much, great job guys;

Working with Chad Z. Was awesome. He got me in early and kept me updated on the work. He advised what needed to be done now and what could wait. I never feel pressured, nor do I feel like they suggest items that don't need work. I was completely satisfied with my experience and I trust the mechanics that work on my car. My only issue is that some items can be a bit pricey. Like filters costing close to $100, but I guess the prices at dealerships run a bit more.
