I really think you should have someone greet people as they arrive in the bay or when they come in the door. There is no direction of east to do when you come in.

Brought my vehicle in on a recall that came with a free loaner. I drove 5miles round trip back and advisor requested I top off the gas which was absurd considering it was a recall by Honda. Your advisor Shawn could have been more helpful instead of insisting I top off .3 gal of gas that was used. Will not be returning to this **** hole

Took our 22 Odyssey in for recalls and recommended service, $800+. Vehicle was completed and none of the driving mode was working, not sure how that was missed. Although it was fixed and addressed, very inconvenient that we had to return for service. I will not return here for service anymore. Service needs better quality check before returning vehicles back to customer. I handled it very nice and professional, might not be the same with someone else.
