Shortly after our visit, our car was involved in a small fender bender. We drove the car back and they immediately looked at it to give us an idea of the damage, Luckly, nothing seriious. They went the extra mile!

I had an oil change appointment and a quick question about my rear rotors grooved (did not want or have time to replace brakes. I told the service advisor they felt fine and I just wanted to inquire about if that was normal wear or something failing). Appointment was at 4pm and didn’t leave till after 630 and they never changed the oil. Never talked me to about the rear rotors. Just inspected it posted pictures to my report of someone else’s car and marked my brakes okay with a green check and charged me for something already covered on the multipoint inspection. I just left confused on what happened to my car for over two hours. They returned my honda to me with the maintenance B12 light still on the display. My report also said a brake flush was complete and cabin air filter was replaced. Service advisor told me none of those things were actually done. My report also recommended future clutch and transmission service due to milage but they didn’t check those boxes on the checklist sheet and the service advisor told me - and I quote “they are in auto pilot sometimes and just check down the line”. Then why give me a fake “autopilot report”? The M/T box was left blank and my car is a manual. I’m less than impressed with my service and wouldn’t mind a call if someone can explain to me what I experienced or where the miscommunication was for the next time otherwise I gotta find somewhere else to go in the future

Never reset oil life after changing oil. No big deal. Was made promises at time of purchase which were not kept. And would love to speak with a representative of the companyabout the issues. Just very dissatisfied. Sincerely Richard T
