When you enter the service department, every team member appears to always be working on something else and can’t even make eye contact with your customers. A simple “hi, we’ll be right with you” would suffice…before the 3 minute mark.

Completely inefficient. I stood at the checkin counter for 10+ minutes (I’ll be with you in a minute!) while he finished something on the computer, printed it out, stapled it, walked off to put it on a desk in a dark office, and then ask can I help you? No one was ahead of me or after me! When the oil change was done and the car washed (the inside smelled like a sewer when done), the tech put the key and paperwork on his station. It sat there for 5 minutes before he started entering data into the computer, printed it, stapled it, walked off to put it on a desk in a dark office. No one at the counter! Very frustrating. J

When I made the appointment I told the service rep my make, model, and **** and gave them my name. I was told the **** service would be around $140.00. However arriving for the appt today I was told the **** service would be over $500.00., that the rep quoted the wrong price. They knew my vehicle as it had been there before for routine service. To make this kind of error doesn’t sit right with me.

Mikey is the best! He is the first advisor that I’ve felt the need to repond to a survey. He made me feel like the dealership really cared about me. I had a problem that he nor none of the technicians had dealt with in the past. I saw him 3 times on this issue and at every visit, he took charge and treated us great. He always met me with a smile and made us feel like he was going to take care of us. He has excellent customer service skills, and in my opinion is a valuable asset to Rapids Honda!
