My car smelled like rotten eggs after the service, to the point that I wonder if the tech had digestive issues. It took quite a while to get the smell out.

Service went well. One thing I am not happy with was I told him that bo car wash needed but they still run my car through car wash and that caused my front wheel passenger side scratched.

Asked for a car wash on top of the oil change and tire rotation and when I got my card back it wasn't done. I took 15 minutes longer than quoted so I didn't have time to bo back in. Everything else was great

Chad is the best Service Advisor I have had in all my years of owning a vehicle. I fist started working with him 2 years ago and was blown away by his honesty, professionalism and extensive knowledge. Chad has helped me save money on maintenance I was told I needed when in actuality it wasn’t the source of my issue. Even after a year of not visiting Rapids Honda he treated me like I was just there last week. This time he completely took care and ownership of my visit and gave me a lower car because the work would take longer then he originally thought. All the service advisors, technicians and staff are great but Chad is the absolute best. Even thought he put me in a mini van for the day. Lol Thank you Rapid Honda and Chad

Michael was great to work with. He took time to explain everything so I could understand what was needed and what was happening. He helped me get my Bluetooth working again. I hope I can work with him again when I need any service on my car
